I have been involved in boxing and other forms of martial arts (Pankration, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Karate & Tae Kwon Do) for close to 20 years. I have trained with some of the best around the world and competed in boxing nationally for 6 years. In that time, I have developed a strong understanding and technical eye to help not just any athlete but anyone who wants to improve their overall physical and mental health.

You can expect a mixture of high intensity interval training, footwork, shadowboxing drills, and mitt work. I welcome all clients from all levels, and will cater our sessions to ensure you reach your full potential. My goal is to spread my love for the sport and to promote inclusivity within the boxing community.
