My journey with boxing began quite spontaneously, as I thought it would be a more fun way to stay active. I joined my first boxing gym with no prior knowledge on the sport, but I had always been very intrigued by boxing. I started boxing with no previous experience in any martial arts but I knew from the beginning my goal was to compete. I used that goal to always stay motivated as well as to push myself during training. As I continued to learn and develop in the sport I began to fall in love and find a passion for the sweet science. As a coach I will bring that same passion and intensity that I bring to my own training and apply it directly to your boxing/fitness goals, no matter what they may be!
