As a lifelong athlete with years of competing in team sports and practicing other martial arts, I eventually found my calling in boxing over 6 years ago. My knowledge from training in other sports, competing in the ring and passion for functional fitness all contribute to a well balanced coaching style.
BOOK A CONSULTATIONI focus a lot on boxing techniques and functional exercises that allow you to become more efficient in your movement. Being an efficient boxer allows you to confidently train harder, over longer periods of time and lowers the risk of injuries. Expect me to always positively push you with a variety of fun punch mitt and footwork drills mixed in with medicine ball, kettlebell and resistance band exercises. If you want to eventually compete in boxing, increase your athleticism, or just get a few great workouts in, I will build a customized training plan based around your own goals and help you achieve them.
