YOUTH BOXING PROGRAM INFORMATiON
Our youth boxing program for those 12 and under is available three times a week (M, W, F) after school at 4PM. Our program helps develop physical and fitness skills with the positive can-do attitude of martial arts.
This class is designed to promote confidence, coordination, and motivation. Martial arts is a great tool to teach the value of discipline and commitment while developing a strong athletic foundation to build healthy lifestyle choices.
Classes will involve full body movements to build coordination and confidence. Basic boxing skills will be introduced to develop the importance of skill based learning. This is a safe and fun environment for children to exercise excess energy and learn important values that will carry into their daily lives. This is a no-contact program.
