DO i need any equipment?
Main workouts can be done shadowboxing or on the heavy bag. Some accessories drills like footwork may require extras.
When does a new week of workouts release?
A new week of workouts release every Monday at 8AM PST.
are the warmups and cool downs necessary? 
Yes! It's crucial for long-term sustainability and health. Boxing can be taxing on the body and we do our best to ensure a well-rounded approach to it to reduce risk of injury.
I AM UNABLE TO TRAIN 3x a week, can i make 2x a week work? 
For the 12 week bootcamp, it has been designed with systematic progression. Please do not skip workouts but you can complete workouts on timing that works best for you.
What do the workout labels mean? 
Mechanics: The biomechanics of movements in boxing.
Foundation: The implementation of the movements in boxing.
Applied: The strategy and tactics in boxing.
