Please use the form below if you need to request a hold of your membership. Please note that we cannot take hold requests over the phone.

I understand that this will take up to 24-48 hours to process. I understand that my request has only been processed if I have recieved a confirmation email from Quinit Boxing. This may take up to 24-48 hours. If I do not recieve a confirmation email, I will contact QB at backofhouse@quinitboxing.com immediately.I understand that if my payment is scheduled for today or tomorrow I am may not eligible for a refund. Hold requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to my next scheduled payment date for my payment not to be processed. If my request is after this date I may not eligible for a refund for payments made during or prior to hold request. (I understand I will not be charged for anytime not used and any payments will go towards my membership after my requested hold has expired.)I understand that I can put my membership on hold for a prepaid fee of $15/month and that the card on file will be immediately charged for full for the amount of hold time requested. I understand I can only hold my membership for a minimum 1 month and maximum of 4 months per calendar year.I understand that upon end date of my requested hold my membership will continue and I am responsible for any payments after this date. I also understand I am not eligible for refunds of any payments scheduled once my hold expires. I understand that even though I put my membership on hold I am still responsible for the full amount owing on my membership and any payments still due in accordance with my contract. Putting my membership on hold DOES NOT lessen my payments. My membership will be extended after my hold for the amount of time requested. I understand if I do not come in after the hold request has expired or contact Quinit Boxing prior to expiry that my hold will not automatically extend and my regular membership will continue.
