We are driven by watching others progress. So much so that we've developed an entirely FREE app for members. In it you'll find programs like our QB Workbook that breaks down the sport for you - including progression of skills, demos of each, and film study of the best in our sport executing those skills.

Weekly one-on-one session for members with a coach. This is the time to check-in and get a second opinion on what could be tweaked, what to work on for the coming week, and more. An 'Intensive' typically involves hand pads, bag work and/or technical drills with the coach. Highly recommend taking advantage of this special programming during the current circumstances.

Get back into the swing of things with outdoor classes in accordance to provincial COVID-19 guidelines. Taking place rain or shine - prepare to come work hard in a technical boxing workout. A typical class includes shadowboxing, conditioning drills, and socially distanced partner drills.

Masks are optional, but social distancing in full effect!

I don't have any experience, is that okay?

Yes! Our Mechanics and Basics classes are beginner friendly. The coach will be able to help you no matter your comfort level with boxing! 

what equipment do i need?

We require athletic shoes, hand wraps (at least 180cm long) and gloves. We have hand wraps for sale and gloves for sale or lend as needed.
