My child is 12 years old, which program is best? 12 is a special age! If your child likes structure and has sports experience, I would recommend Juniors. If he prefers to play, I would recommend Little Roosters.

What happens in class? They play games to help improve overall coordination and athleticism. Then boxing specific instruction to teach discipline and commitment.

What time of day are classes offered? Check out our schedules in Vancouver and Port Coquitlam.

What equipment do I need? We have gloves to lend for free. Please bring indoor gym shoes and a water bottle!

My child is outside the listed ages, can they still join? Each child is unique! This is why we offer a free trial to see if the child is a right fit for us and for you. Come try a class in the closest age bracket and we can chat about what we recommend.

Who leads the class? Our experienced coaches will coach you through class with real time feedback and guidance. All youth program coaches complete background checks and are NCCP Safe Sport certified.

Can I continue classes after the trial period? We have a range of different memberships. someone from our team will be in touch to discuss your Options.
